Manuscript submission

Manuscripts should be prepared using the template available at the IEEE Web site and submitted via our upload form , along with the signed Copyright Transfer forms.

You should prepare a camera-ready pdf file, using either the LaTeX or Word templates (make sure to choose the A4 paper size). Fonts should be embedded in
the pdf file (this is essential for eligibility for publication on IEEE Explore).
Figures should be of good graphic quality and should be embedded in the text.

Before uploading it, the file should be renamed to "paper.pdf" and its size
should be less than 20 Mbytes. Any other file name will be rejected by the system.

The length of the contributed papers should be up to 4 pages and that of invited papers up to 6 pages.
Please do not exceed these page limits and do not send manuscripts by e-mail, because we would not be able to process them.

Due to several requests, the manuscript submission deadline has been moved to October 3rd, 2010.

You can find the Copyright Transfer Form on the IEEE Web site . Print it, fill it in, sign it and scan it in pdf format. The resulting file, named "copyright.pdf" (any other file name will not be accepted by the system) should be uploaded together with the manuscript file.

It is important that when you start the upload procedure you have available the pdf files of the manuscript and the copyright transfer form, as well as your abstract ID number, which must be entered in the submission form.

Successful uploads will be acknowledged with an on-screen message and with an e-mail message that will also contain the new ID number attributed to the submission.
