Several hotels are available in Frascati and surronding areas. Connection to Rome is guaranteed by public buses and trains, which run every hour. A list of hotels that have provided special rates for IWCE is provided below. Such rates will depend on room availablity, and generally are going to hold only up to the  end of March. Partecipants should take care of their own reservation. Please notice that a free shuttle will be available for the partecipants  every day of the workshop. The shuttle will serve exclusively the hotels listed below, and will pick-up the Partecipants in the morning from the hotels taking them to the Workshop site and will bring them back at the end of the afternoon sessions. The shuttle will be also available sunday afternoon fo take people to the welcoming reception
