For students only :

A limited number of low-cost twin rooms has been reserved for students in the conference centre. The booking of such a room can be made only for 4 nights, from June 2 to June 6. For this 4 nights, the inclusive price is 178 € per person. These rooms have two separated simple beds, 1 washbasin, 1 shower, 1 toilet. Each room should be shared with another student. Students interested to book such a room should fill this application form before the deadline of April 18, in parallel with the pre-registration. The reservation will be confirmed by email. The payment should be done together with the registration fees (select « student with room » in the pulldown menu).
