The exhibition will take place from Tuesday 6  – Wednesday 7 June and will be located in the same area as the coffee breaks and registration. Set up will be available from 5pm on the 5 June.

We expect more than 130 participants to attend, including academics, industrial researchers and students from the UK, Europe, USA and further afield. 

We also offer a wide range of sponsorship opportunities for companies who want to increase their visibility both prior to and during the conference.

Exhibition package

The exhibition package includes:

• allocated exhibition are space of 3 x 2 m (please ensure you keep within these dimensions); desks are available and measure 600 x 900 mm; please indicate how many you require - maximum 4 desks per space, plus 2 chars - when confirming your exhibition.
• one complimentary pass to the conference
• exhibitor name badge
• web link to your organisation on the conference website
• a delegate and exhibitor list
• lunch and refreshments for one representative on show days.

The cost to exhibit is £500 + VAT.
